EIEIO & COMPANY is located in Carlton, Oregon. Neighboring wineries include Résonance, Carlton Hill, and Chris James Cellars. If you are looking to enjoy an entire day of wine tasting in my neighborhood, it’s very possible! Visiting this one man operation requires pre-paid appointment arrangements. We are “strictly zoned” and as such have to make Yamhill County happy.
Jay McDonald, Winemaker & Owner of EIEIO & COMPANY, will lead you on a tour of the facilities, and take you through a fantastic tasting flight. Jay produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and the occasional (quick to sell out) Rosé of Pinot Noir, and White Pinot.
Pre-paid appointments available seven days per week. Two appointments per day at 10:30AM and 2:30PM. To make an appointment at EIEIO please fill out the form below and submit it at least 48 hours before your intended visit as tend to be booked up well in advance.
Cottage Tasting Experiences
The fee to reserve your appointment is $500, and it is required for ONE or up to SIX people maximum. All of the prepayment is refunded with purchases made on the day of the tasting. Cottage tastings can run from 1.5-2+ hours so please plan accordingly.
