How is my order shipped?
All shipping prices are for standard delivery (7 to 10 days) via common carrier (FedEx, UPS) depending upon the ship-to state. Express delivery is available at a different rate, and we would strongly recommend express shipping for shipments between April 1- Nov 1 to ensure quality, particularly if you live on the East Coast.
When will my order be shipped?
Wine orders typically ship the following Monday, weather permitting. If any of your items are not available for immediate shipment, you will be contacted. You can then choose to either hold shipment until all of the items are available, or we can help you substitute the item with an alternate suggestion.
Where can my order be shipped?
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We can only ship within the US, however: We cannot legally ship wine to some states. Please contact if you believe your states is one of THOSE states.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your EIEIO & Company wine. Here’s what we are willing to do: Obviously, if there is an error in an order on our part, contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product and we will make it right. If it was an error on your part, returns are subject to a 15% restocking and $10 box fee.
It is a sad fact of wine that some bottles are “corked”. If you draw that unlucky bottle, please hold onto what’s left including the cork and contact us. Refunds are issued in the form of a check. Bottles over 10 years old are purchased at the buyer’s risk.

We make no representation concerning our customers’ legal rights to ship or receive wine into any state outside of Oregon. In fact, there are certain states and countries that we cannot ship to due to protectionist laws which are in straight violation of the Commerce Clause, but we won’t go into that here.
By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. Shipping laws have become so convoluted that it actually requires a compliance department to figure it all out. Odds are we can ship to you so place the order and if there is an issue we will work something out, that’s how accommodating we are.
Shipments must be in 6 or 12 bottle increments. All sales are final and it is the consumer’s responsibility to provide a valid shipping address where someone over the age of 21 will be available to sign for the shipment. UPS or FedEx will attempt to deliver three times before returning the shipment back to us. Refer to the UPS or FedEx info notice or contact the winery immediately if you are unable to sign for the shipment. Any costs associated with holding or the reshipment of a returned order will be the responsibility of the consumer.
