Aromatics are predominately floral, mostly due to the high percentage of Wadenswil Clone of Pinot noir. With a moment, big cane berry and stone fruit, leaning toward blackberry and black plums emerge. Entry is clean with red cherries and raspberries as if presented on wet slate. With time more mineral components show through with lighter, white cherry and Mirabelle plum skin in the finish. After an hour the French oak starts to show in the real of licorice and blood orange. Long life ahead for this one.
